The hotel is so conveniently located for accessing the beach, the muelle uno area, and calle larios. It's a short walk to each! the staff had such a warm and friendly demeanor. the breakfast had plenty of choice to enjoy. i would definitely consider another stay at this hotel, it charmed me.
the provided in-room coffee, tea, and milk were not sufficiently stocked, i needed more.

The hotel provides sauna and jacuzzi access. These are located on the top floor. the top floor also provides access to sun loungers, with fine views available. overall, these facilities were well-kept and enhanced my stay.

the standard double room was very super clean and cozy . the room included working wifi and air conditioning, i found that to be essential for my comfort! the beds were seriously comfy.

the reception staff and porter were very friendly and efficient, this made the arrival process smooth. the staff gave a complimentary bottle of champagne since i was celebrating a birthday, such a nice touch! they were helpful as well.

The staff was attentive, they even provided a complimentary bottle of wine. The room had a balcony with a lovely view. Breakfast offered a very nice buffet at a correct price.
The air conditioning was subpar and struggled to cool down the room, but it was manageable.

I stayed for several nights. The location is very convenient. It is close to many attractions. The staff were always available and happy to help. Breakfast included a large variety of choices.
The air conditioning in the room was not very effective. It struggled to cool the space. Unloading luggage at the front was difficult because there was no designated area. The WiFi was slow. Downloading files was not possible.

The location was satisfactory. it was close to many attractions and the beach was easily accessible. The bus stop to the airport was just across the road. the breakfast offered a good choice of options, including fresh fruit.
The air conditioning was not very effective. on a hot day, the room did not cool down adequately, forcing me to keep the balcony door open. This made it quite noisy. the wi-fi was slow and unreliable.

worthless air conditioningremote public parking
the air conditioning was, let's say, 'enthusiastic' about its job. it mostly just blew warm air around, just good during the day. also, lugging suitcases from the public parking was like a competitive sport, with no convenient drop-off spot. i was not thrilled to find out that my olympic dreams were going to be fulfilled in front of the hotel entrance.
